Order Cancellations — You’ve Got 24 Hours

Ordered too fast? No problem — just act quickly.

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no penalties, no stress.
  • Email us at support@newsongspost.com with your order info.
  • We’ll process your full refund promptly.

Past 24 hours? Your order’s likely already in production (our items are made to order), so cancellation won’t be possible.


Exchanges — Prevention Beats Correction

We do not process exchanges for incorrect choices (size, design, quantity), so please double-check your selections before ordering.

Returns & Refunds — Let’s Make It Right

Something went wrong? We’ve got your back.

You have 180 days from delivery to return eligible items. After that, the window closes.

Acceptable Return Reasons:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item, size, or design
  • The product is substantially different from what you ordered

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
  • Items with minor defects (e.g., loose threads)
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Damage not caused by our production process

All returns must be in original condition and packaging.


What to Include in Your Refund Request

To submit a claim, please email support@newsongspost.com with:

  • Your order receipt or confirmation
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • The shipping label or delivery proof
  • Screenshots of any prior support communications

Our team will respond in 2–3 business days with eligibility details. Wait for our green light before sending anything back.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be issued within 2 business days
  • You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed
  • Refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank

If you don’t see your refund within that window, please contact your bank or card issuer.


Return Window: 180 Days

Our return policy is valid for 180 days of delivery. We won’t be able to accept returns or issue refunds after this time.
