Once your item is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received. Processing takes place Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), during our business hours:
- Support Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST)
- Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5:00) will begin processing on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
What are the shipping options and fees?
Shipping times are estimated and vary by destination. Once your order has shipped, any delays caused by the carrier are unfortunately out of our control. Here’s what you can expect:

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- Any international location
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Note:
It may take 3–7 business days for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system. If no information is available right away, don’t worry—your package is still in progress.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated arrival date, contact us and we’ll assist promptly.
What about customized or personalized products?
Personalized items may take additional time for our design team to complete. Production time depends on the complexity of your request. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail is just right.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders sent to an incorrect address
- Lost or stolen items due to forwarding/redirection requests
- Undeliverable packages returned to the sender
Returned orders may be disposed of by our shipping partners. A re-shipping fee will apply if you’d like your order sent again.
